政府としては、税金収入目当てもありそうですね。
あるアメリカ人で日本で僧侶になった方が、 「アルコールは人を興奮させ暴れさせるが、マリファナは人を静かにさせる。」 と言いながら、タバコの煙をゆらしていたのを思い出しました。
日本人の考え方とは全く違いますね。ネイティブアメリカンが瞑想で使用する経緯もあるのでしょうか。
私が頭に浮かぶのは、アヘン戦争ですから、まさに悪のイメージでしかないです。
娯楽だけで済めばいいのですが。。。。医療用に留めておくべきだと思います。
