古い薬でも新しい薬でも価格を思うまま設定できるのだから。
これを利用して、今回の記事の主人公シュクレリ氏がダラプリムの薬価をドーンと55倍以上も上げたことは、全く合法なのです。 しかし、2022年1月、連邦裁判所はシュクレリに対し、製薬業界へは二度と戻れないようにし、ダラプリムの価格吊り上げにより得た収益6460万ドルの返還を命じる判決を言い渡したというわけ。

Martin Shkreli, known in the media as "Pharma Bro," must return $64.6 million /he and his former company gained from increasing the price/ and controlling the market of a lifesaving drug, a US federal judge has decided.
