命からがら祖国から脱出はできても何もない。安心して眠れるの場所は家でしかない。家と言う基盤があれば仕事を得る希望が見える。
大手民泊会社Airbnbが仮の住まいを無料提供すると言う。
さて、パラオリンピック開催中の日本の自衛隊の救出機に搭乗できたのは、たったひとり。他の人たちはカブール空港までたどり着けなかったそうだ。
日本領事館で長い間警備員として働いたアフガニスタン人には、救出機で日本へ飛ぶ許可がでなかったそうだ。
たどり着けないはずだ。許可されてなかったのだから。
そんな日本人として、難民にならざる得なかった人への小さな応援は、
アレッポのオリーブオイル石鹸使い続けていること。シャンプーも洗顔もこれ一つ。アレッポの石鹸職人はシリアからトルコに避難し、困難を乗り越え石鹸作りが再開できたそうだ。
Airbnb Offers Temporary Homes to Afghan Refugees

Airbnb has said that it will offer free temporary accommodation to 20,000 Afghan refugees.
USの民泊会社：エアビーアンドビーは公表したーー2千人のアフガニスタンの難民に仮の住まいを無料提供すると。
The company hopes to mitigate/ the humanitarian crisis/ that has followed the US decision /to take its troops out of the Middle Eastern nation, /by helping to rehouse those who have left their homes to flee the Taliban.
Airbnbは人道的危機を軽減することを望んでいるーーその人道的危機は、USの軍隊を中東国家から撤退するという決定のあとに発生しているーー
タリバンから逃れるため、家を捨てた人たち（アフガニスタン人）に新しい住まいを提供して助けることで。
The company will offer the accommodation as part of Airbnb.org, a charity set up in late 2020 to help people find accommodation in times of crisis.
会社は、Airbnb.orgの一環として住まいを提供するーーそれは2020年後半にチャリティ部門として設立されたーー 危機的状態の人たちが住まいを見つけることを手助けするために。
Brian Chesky, one of Airbnb's co-founders, said that he hopes the company's decision will help to inspire other businesses to do the same.

He called the Afghan refugees' situation "one of the biggest humanitarian crises of our time." The company said that the cost of accommodation will be paid for by contributions from Airbnb and Chesky, as well as by contributions to the Airbnb.org Refugee Fund.

However, as of August 24, Airbnb had only found temporary homes for around 200 refugees, leading some to question whether it would be able to reach its goal of 20,000.
8/24時点で、200人くらいの仮の住居が見つかっただけだったことから、2万人の目標に届くかどうかの疑問を抱く人も現れた。
But Chesky said that the company would not have made the promise if it did not think it would be able to keep it.

However, he was also not able to say how long refugees would be able to stay with Airbnb, saying it was up to the hosts.

Airbnb.org was inspired by events in 2012, when Airbnb hosts in the US offered their homes for free to people who were made homeless by Hurricane Sandy.

Since then, more than 75,000 people have been given temporary homes by the company and its hosts.
